Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow organized a 10-days Management Development programme (MDP) on Managerial Excellence for the Assistant Managers and Junior Engineers of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) at the Centre of Excellence for Training, Lucknow from October 18-28, 2021. The first batch consisted of 43 participants. Further, there were sessions on Speaking with Confidence, Business Meeting and Writing Skills. The Training programme covered various important aspects of Communication, Customer Service Essentials, and Human Resource Management.
