Experience

Teachers are great influencers and I believe they have a major responsibility in shaping the lives of individuals. My teaching philosophy has evolved with time, as initially it revolved around delivering content in an organized and well thought out way, though it continues till today but the focus has shifted in creating a learning environment, giving opportunity to the students to think and apply. I try to ensure that through practice and application the students get the crux of the content. It is very important to set the relevance of the content being delivered to the students to keep them attentive, motivated, bring out the real life applications and engage with current issues in a way that allows them to appreciate the relevance of course material. Special attention is being given to students who find difficulty in catching up with the content.

Education can make or mar the lives of individuals, so it is very important to sensitize the students in these formative years for the positive impact they can make to the society. I try to inspire, encourage the students to live to the human values and principles for a happy and harmonious life.
