Biography

Rima is working as an Assistant Professor with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the top B-Schools in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Rima Namhata graduated with Honours in English and post-graduated in English literature from the University of Burdwan. Additionally, she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis University.

A Doctoral Research Scholar at IIT Kharagpur, also assisted in MHRD projects, like ‘Sandhi’ and ‘End-of-Life Care Communication in the Indian context’. Professionally, she has taught at various colleges and universities at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Publications

She has published in national journals and has published a book chapter, titled, “The Verticals’, ‘Horizontals’, and ‘Diagonals’ in Organisational Communication: Developing Models to Mitigate Communication Barriers through Social Media Applications” from Springer.
