Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow organized its first Doctoral Colloquium on December 9-10, 2021. The theme of the two-day Annual Doctoral Colloquium-2021 was “Emerging Management Practices in the New Normal”. The event attracted national and international participants and attendees. The keynote address by Prof. Stewart Clegg, Emeritus Professor, UTS Business School, University of Technology, Sydney was very insightful and thought-provoking. Prof. Clegg is a world-renowned Australian sociologist organization theorist, highest published and cited authors in the top-tier journals in the Organization Studies, and is acclaimed for his Theory of Power. He spoke on “The Corona Pandemic and its Implications: A New Normal?”
