A teacher is the most powerful of role model for students. Therefore the teacher should know and understand their students, how they develop and learn. All students are individual and everyone learns in their own unique way. I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to be an effective diagnostician of students’ interests, abilities, and prior knowledge. So that I use multiple methods of teaching (linguistic, visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to reach students, so that no one is left behind. I always motivate my student to participate in all part of education (formal and informal) to learn all concepts and build your personality which make them good human being.
Education is combination of classroom and beyond classroom learning. Student learn more outside classroom by coordinating project and activities, implementing concept in role play, management game and live project for decision making. Life is a continuous process of growth and development and so education is also a continuous process.
I believe a teacher lives to serve. A teacher is dedicated to learning, to his or her discipline, to his or her students, and to making the future the best possible place for all of us to live. These are the challenges I accepted when I chose to be a teacher. I remain committed to them.
Finally Teaching should create innovation and creativity in students so that student can apply and analysis management concepts in real life to solve their problems and also make self-learner.
